School finally started on Monday. Erin is in third grade and she loves school (this is new, usually she would rather stay home with me). Allyssa is now in 8th and her report of the day was bleak (usually she loves everything about school). Have they changed brains on me? Anyhow don't they look so cute!

Oh you are just entering the fun world of being a parent to a teenager. Everything and everybody is totally lame. You possibly will not hear a positive comment come out of her mouth for about the next five years. Can you tell I've had a little experience in this area? Good Luck! P.S. It was fun to meet your brother-in-law. It certainly is a small world.
Love the outfits, how would it be to get new clothes once a year....oh the joys of being in school. Can't wait to see you guys this weekend!
So fun! I'm Sure Alyssa will adjust. Any mood for a teenage only last about ten minutes, she may have loved her day, ten minutes later or earlier. I think Jr High is the hardest time. At least she is nearly through it right? Or do you guys go until tenth grade?

Lissa sorry it wasn't what you expected, and things didn't go so well, but they will. Stay true to yourself and you'll have it made.
