Lesson learned

So this is how stupid I feel today!
Most everyone knows that there are two things I stand firm on with kids... seat belts and sunscreen. Well, yesterday I was at school helping with the pentathlon and we were outside all day. I had two jackets if it was cold, an umbrella if it rained, a water bottle if I was thirsty, but did I even think once to put sunscreen on? NO! So here I sit burnt to a crisp!! Now I was covered from my neck to my feet, but my face especially my nose and my hands are burned.
Lesson learned!
