Davis

This week we had the privilege of having Davis stay with us.

Davis loves the girls Ipods and played them every second we let him.

Then he discovered Rich's Ipod which has a camera.

He took these pics of himself. I love his expression in each one of these pics.
Plus he followed the dogs and documented their every move.

This is how we found him playing his DS.
What a nut!
We sure enjoyed having him stay with us.

Lys

Lyssa was invited to Bear Rivers high's Senior dance.
She had quite the time pinning his boutonniere.

She looks beautiful as always.

Papa and Mums came and spent the night to celebrate my bday and to see Lyss head off to the dance.

They both decided to wear converse shoes to the dance.
I guess its a Dr. Who thing.
We took hers and as she would put it bedazzled them.

Hope they are having a great time!

Birthday fun

Yesterday was my __th birthday.
Rich and my parents spent the day with me.
It was very nice. Tai Pan trading, Hobby Lobby shopping and a little seafood to go along with it.

Then we came home and had a little Harry Potter cake.

Owen Christmas party

Lys got some way cute stuff.
Especially from her mom.
She really went all out and made her this hat and gloves.

This year we decided to not trade names.
But Erin and Kira really wanted to give each other something.
Kira made Erin this awesome mug.
She made this in her pottery class, sounds like she really enjoys it.
Thanks Kira, Erin loved it!

Zeke gave Maci a cupcake puzzle. He wanted to tell her thanks because he wouldn't be in our family if it wasn't for Maci. She was with me to help pick him out.

Lys gave us a little sample of her singing. I can't figure out how to turn it and my memory card was full so I only got half of her singing. But it is beautiful just the same.

Christmas Day

Erin is so into Dr Who right now. So Lys gave her a Dr Who shirt.

Lys finally got her very own phone. As you can imagine she is thrilled.

This was my present to everyone. Dave helped me put this one together!
He made the frames and they are so amazing.
There are four in all.
Star Wars, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and Pirates.
Rich hung them on the wall and I love them!

We left cookies and carrots for Santa.
On Christmas Eve, Erin got a special email from Santa. He was checking to see if she was on the nice or naughty list. When it showed her name it said she needed some work still to get on the nice list. Total accident by Lys, but funny. Erin was a little stunned so we had to write a note to Santa telling him she was working really hard and deserved to be on the nice list.

Rich got his well-earned Ipod touch.
And Rich gave me a Darth Vadar fat-head.

We enjoyed attending church that morning to feel the spirit and rememeber our saviors birth.
Christmas was so nice for us this year, especially in our new home.

Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve, Rich was on call so we were not able to go very far.
In fact, he ended up getting call in and was gone for most of the day.
So we went up and visited with Scot and Diana and played a few games.

When we went back home the girls opened their pajamas.
This year they got matching Harry Potter ones.
(Katie, are you proud of me?)

Owen Winterfest

Every year my parents have a winter party to get together with family.
Usually sledding is involved, but there was just not enough snow.
We always have good food and of course a white elephant game.
This was my present. It was labeled red-neck wine glasses.
